With the aim of reinforcing tourist information services and improving visitor service, Calpe is installing two new tourist information points on the beaches. These points, whose service starts today, will be located on the Arenal-Bol beach and on the Fossa beach and will be staffed by four tourist informers who will join the department's staff.
The beach information points will be open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Both points are located on the promenades, right on the beach, which is why they have always been so well received.
The initiative allows to reinforce the assistance to the tourist, to offer better and in a personalised way the complementary offer and to have a direct contact with the visitor. These points, which join the already existing offices, the Tourist Info Centre, located in the Plaza del Mosquit in the heart of the Old Town, and the Tourist Info Peñón located in front of the Salinas, which remain open all year round and whose main function is to provide timely information, especially location information and to sell the complementary offer of Calp.
